If you place an order you are agreeing to work with me under these terms and conditions.
These terms are subject to change if necessary.
✦Service conditions✦
✧General terms
➥I answer messages from 12am to 9pm Ecuador time.
➥I DO NOT work on commissions on Saturdays and Sundays, it's my day off (Delivery times take into account only the 5 working days PLEASE NOTE THIS).
➥I have full right on the artwork I create, copyright is non-transferable I have the right to publish the artwork on my sites, such as self promotion and portfolio.
➥All artworks have a signature, it cannot be removed (except emotes).
➥ I have the right to refuse your order if I am not comfortable with it.
➥ I do NOT do commercial work, all my commissions are and for personal and non-profit use (Twitch commissions already have the fee for commercial use of digital content applied).
✧Working terms✧
The working order will be as follows:1. After placing the order with your clear indications, we will start with the first sketch.
2. Once the first sketch is finished, it will be sent to the client for review and corrections if necessary.
3. Once the corrections have been made, the final product will be finished and sent via Gmail.
Points to consider
- The client will only be able to request changes in the sketching stage and small changes in the coloring stage, if he/she requests more than 3 changes outside these stages of the drawing, we will charge 5USD more for each change, we will not make changes once the commission is finished, make sure you are sure of your order.- At the time of sending progress so that the client can make their respective observations or changes, the evidence will be watermarked.- Delivery times are variable, they can be longer or shorter depending on the commission or order and my personal situation (problems with studies, family or force majeure situations) but the minimum delivery time is one or two weeks and the maximum one month approx.-If your commission is for a specific date either because it is a gift or another reason, let me know to take it into account as a priority.
(an extra +100% of the base price will be charged if the delivery time is short).

- Payment is made via PayPal.- I receive full payment first to initiate your order.-Once you have provided the necessary information and the cost of your order a PayPal invoice will be made payable (delivered via e-mail) and I will add you to a waiting list on my Trello page which you can access as many times as you wish to check the status of your order.REFUNDS➥Once sketches are approved there are NO refunds.
➥Please plan your budget well before placing an order, I am not responsible for financial setbacks that may arise.
➥No refunds will be made if you are not satisfied with the final product so please be sure with the indications of your order.

➥As a customer you have the right to use the final product for personal use only (i.e. for non-commercial purposes).
➥ The customer may not resell, trace or alter the commission in any way, nor claim the artwork as his own.
➥Customer can post on networks their order with proper credit.You can use my work as digital cover/material/streaming on your social networks (just give me credits,no need to tag me).
➥Client acknowledges that NONE of my artwork can be used for A.I. (Artificial Intelligence).
➥The customer has no right to use the product in any technology related to blockchain: NFT // Crypto.
